Cancellation Policy
Hair by Skyler Seder enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. I value your business and ask that you respect my salon appointment scheduling policies. Please notify me 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. I am an independent contractor and only get paid when I have a client in my chair. If a client doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels last minute this doesn’t give me the opportunity to book another client. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments.
